Through this agreement, UScellular will use Symend’s technology and leverage advanced analytics to further understand what drives consumer behavior related to bill payment.

Using Symend’s technology and insights, UScellular creates personalized customer interactions that give customers the flexibility needed to stay current through the use of self-serve tools and preferred digital channels such as email and SMS. Symend’s approach is proven to increase customer satisfaction by helping customers understand their options and obligations.

UScellular initially utilized Symend’s solution to provide customers with rapid response capabilities and tailored communications through the COVID-19 pandemic and the Keep Americans Connected Pledge. Initial results from an extended proof of concept phase demonstrated positive changes in customer engagement over time.
